By creating an account or using AgriCatch, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use AgriCatch.

3. Account Registration and Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Marketplace Role

AgriCatch provides a marketplace platform that connects buyers and sellers. We are not a party to transactions between users.

5. Listings, Pricing, and Availability

Farmers must provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, and availability. We may remove listings that violate policies or laws.

6. Orders and Payments

Orders are subject to acceptance by the seller. Prices, fees, and payment methods are shown at checkout. You agree to pay all charges for orders you place.

7. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Perishable goods are generally non-refundable. Any exceptions are at the seller's discretion and must comply with applicable laws.

8. User Content and Reviews

You are responsible for the content you post, including reviews and messages. Content must be lawful, accurate, and not misleading.

9. Prohibited Activities

You must not use the platform for unlawful activity, fraud, harassment, scraping, or interference with platform security or operations.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

We process personal data according to our Privacy Policy and applicable laws. For users in the Philippines, AgriCatch complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data, subject to lawful limitations.

11. Third-Party Services

AgriCatch may link to or use third-party services. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, AgriCatch is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold AgriCatch harmless from claims arising out of your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of AgriCatch after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
